A: Call SHAR's Admissions Department at(313) 894-8444 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: How do I find out if a friend or relative is being treated in your facility?
A: We do not give information on any client being treated.

Q: How long is the treatment program?
A: It depends on the person.  We have 30, 60 and 90 day residential programs.

Q: How many programs do you have?
A: We have residential, MDOC, Aftercare, TLC, and Outpatient programs.

Q: What can I bring to treatment?
A: 7 sets of clothing, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc., and nothing containing alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or cell phones.

Q: Can I call or visit with family while in treatment?
A: We make certain days (and times) available for family or friends to visit with you.

Q: Must I have insurance to enroll in treatment?
A: No, we treat anyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
