SHAR’s management team is comprised of highly-skilled individuals with extensive experience in the area of addiction recovery. They bring to the field an unprecedented combination of business depth, clinical, and technical knowledge, direct hands-on experience and a commitment to helping addicts develop the skill set that leads to lifelong recovery.
· Dwight
C. Vaughter,
LMSW, ACSW, CAAC, CCS-M, Dip-CFC has labored in the human service field since
1980, providing the necessary leadership to many mental health, substance abuse
and other behavioral healthcare programs, both locally and nationally. With a MSW
from U of M and numerous other certifications of competence, Dwight is a strong
believer in the recovery process.
· Robert
M. Connolly
(“Bob”) is a detail oriented executive with exceptional organizational skills
and B2B marketing/sales experience. Bob has over 30 years of experience in healthcare with proven expertise
in business development, program management, SWOT analysis, and other skills to
move SHAR forward.
· Gary
Wozniak is a seasoned entrepreneur skilled
in the arts of business, finance and corporate team building. Gary brings
30 years of financial management expertise to the SHAR team with an emphasis on
project design, development and implementation.
· Dave Hodges, SHAR’s
Controller has extensive financial
experience in diverse business settings. With attention to details, Dave balances fiscal matters with excellent customer service.
· Raymond
Edison, M.D.
graduated from WSU School of Medicine in 1976 with specialization in Internal
Medicine. In his capacity as SHAR’s
Medical Director since 1997, Dr. Edison has served substance abuse and mental
health recipients from detoxification to discharge while managing the full
spectrum of their presenting medical concerns.
· Dana
MacMillan, M.D.
has distinguished herself over the last several years as the Psychiatric
Director of SHAR. As Dr. MacMillan
treats individuals with substance abuse and/ or psychiatric disorders, she has
demonstrated expertise in her ability to diagnose and to implement the
appropriate pharmacological interventions. With memberships in the Michigan Psychoanalytical Institute,
the American Psychoanalytical Association and several other professional groups,
Dr. MacMillan is able to apply several of the “talk” therapies as well.
